How to use the Accountant Module from the App
Available on the Supercharged plan
In this article, you'll learn how to open Rauva Connect, how to communicate or create a task with your account and how to upload a file.
- Go to Menu;
- Click on Accountant.
Here you will be able to upload files, check tasks (ongoing and completed) and communicate with your accountant.
To communicate or create a task with your accountant
- On the top right corner, click on “+” to initiate a new conversation;
- Add a title;
- Choose a category - Expenses, Bank statements, Invoices or Other;
- Write your message;
- Submit.
Messages and tasks can be accessed at any time from the main view of the accountant module.
To upload a file
- Click on the “Upload” button in the main view;
- Choose a file category;
- Select the origin of the file: your gallery, take a photo, or attach a file;
- Click on Upload.
