How to use the Accountant Module from the App

Available on the Supercharged plan

  1. Go to Menu;
  2. Click on Accountant.

Here you will be able to upload files, check tasks (ongoing and completed) and communicate with your accountant.

To communicate or create a task with your accountant

  1. On the top right corner, click on “+” to initiate a new conversation;
  2. Add a title;
  3. Choose a category - Expenses, Bank statements, Invoices or Other;
  4. Write your message;
  5. Submit.

Messages and tasks can be accessed at any time from the main view of the accountant module.

To upload a file

  1. Click on the “Upload” button in the main view;
  2. Choose a file category;
  3. Select the origin of the file: your gallery, take a photo, or attach a file;
  4. Click on Upload.
