How to use the Accountant Module from the Desktop
Available on the Supercharged plan
In this article, you'll learn how to access Rauva Connect from desktop.
How to access from desktop
Go to connect.rauva.com
- Select Entrepreneur;
- Enter your phone number;
- Click on Sign in;
- You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code, insert the code on the designated field and submit.
You will then be presented with three main modules
- On the Documents module, you can visualize and upload documents;
- On the Transactions module, you'll find all your transactions and whether they have evidences or not;
- On the Invoices module, you will have all your finalized invoices;

Visualize documents
- Documents shared by the Accountant - this is where your accountant will upload documents such as AT credentials, mandatory tax declarations, receipts, etc.
- Documents shared by the Rauva App - this is where your monthly business reports and invoices will be stored;
- Documents shared by the user (you) - this is where the documents you have uploaded will be stored;
- Official and legal documents from the company
Upload documents
From here you’ll be able to upload any documents to your accountant. Click on Upload - right side of the search bar.
A small pop-up will show:
- Select or drop the file you want to upload;
- Add a description to better contextualize and for everyone’s reference;
- Choose a Category: Bank statements, Expenses, SAFT Files or Other.
- Choose a date (month and year)
- Once you’re sure, click on Create File.
Upon successful submission, the file will be visible under Folders > Documents shared by the user > Year > Date
Within the same screen, in the top right corner, you also have the ability to filter any documents stored in any of the folders available by:
- File type;
- Document type;
- Source
