How do I freeze or unfreeze my card?
If you've lost your card, don't recognise a transaction or don't want to use it for a while, you can freeze it indefinitely. Just follow these steps:

- Go to Menu and click on Cards.
- Click on the card you need to freeze.
- Click on Freeze.
| Desktop
- Click on Cards.
- Click on the card you need to freeze.
- Click on Freeze.
When you want to use the card again, just follow the same steps and click on Unfreeze.
Also, if you wish to cancel the card, please get in touch with us (App — Menu — Support) so that we can cancel it for you.
