Managing your Rauva card PIN

Viewing your card PIN

To find your PIN:

  1. Open the Rauva app
  2. Go to Menu → Cards
  3. Select your card
  4. Tap "View PIN"

Your PIN will be displayed securely within the app.

PIN usage at ATMs

Important: Although ATMs may display 6-digit entry fields, your Rauva PIN is only 4 digits.

At any ATM:

  • Enter your 4-digit PIN
  • Press the green/confirm button
  • Do not add extra digits

PIN changes

Currently, you cannot change your Rauva card PIN. Your PIN is automatically generated and remains fixed for security purposes.
