Order your Rauva card

How do I order a card?

| App

1. Go to the Menu and click on Cards.
2. Click on Create.
3. Choose between Physical Card.
4. Click on Continue.
5. Enter the Delivery address.
6. Set up card preferences.
7. Review your card delivery information.
8. Authenticate with your 6 digits code.
9. Done!

The first physical card is free. Additional cards cost €8 each.

| Desktop

1. Go to app.rauva.com and click on Cards.
2. Click on Create new card.
3. Choose between Physical Card or Virtual Card.
4. Click on Continue.
5. Enter the Delivery address.
6. Set up card preferences.
7. Review your card delivery information.
8. Authenticate with your 6 digits code.
9. Done!

Once I order a Rauva card, when will it arrive?

It can take up to 5 business days.

Can I use my Rauva card abroad?

Yes! Our cards are part of the Mastercard network and one of the biggest advantages of using a Mastercard abroad is the vast network it operates in. It is accepted in over 210 countries and territories worldwide, making it a convenient payment option for when you are away from home. This means that you can use your Mastercard to make purchases in restaurants, shops, and other establishments in most parts of the world.

You can enable Allow payments outside of Portugal in your card settings.

Can I use my Rauva card at Multibanco ATMs?

Yes, as long as you have that option enabled on your card settings. Fees apply.
