Keep your card secure

To keep your card safe, there are several important things to keep in mind to ensure the security of your personal and financial information.

Always keep your card in a safe place and never share your PIN with anyone

Avoid writing your PIN down or storing it on your phone or computer — you can check your PIN directly on the app if needed.

  1. From the Menu, click on Cards;
  2. Click on the card you want;
  3. Check PIN.

You’ll be asked to authenticate and, once successful, your PIN will be displayed.

In the event that your card is lost or stolen

You should freeze the card on the app immediately to prevent fraudulent transactions.

  1. From the Menu, click on Cards;
  2. Click on the card you want;
  3. Freeze.

Once that is done, if you wish to cancel the card, please get in touch with us so that we can cancel it for you.

Be wary of unsolicited calls or emails asking for your card or account information

Scammers often pose as bank representatives or other legitimate entities to trick people into giving away their personal and financial information.

It's important to remember that legitimate organizations will never ask you to provide sensitive information, such as your PIN code, full card number, codes received via SMS, etc., over the phone or by email.

We will never call you

Unless you have contacted us before and have any pending topic with us. If you are unsure, contact us directly via the app to verify if the phone call or email is legitimate.

Monitor your account regularly for any unauthorized transactions

It is a good practice to review your account activity at least once a week to ensure that all transactions are legitimate. If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately. For that you can:

  1. click on the suspicious transaction;
  2. on the bottom click on Report issue.

Or alternatively send us an email with the ID of the transaction.

Set spending limits

You can change it once a month.

Do not add your physical card details for online purchases

For that you can create a virtual card and set spending limits. You can create up to 10 virtual cards. For example: deactivate online purchases for your physical card and create a virtual card with spending limits for online buys.

By following these tips, you can help protect yourself against card fraud and keep your finances secure. It is always better to be proactive when it comes to protecting your personal and financial information.
