I want to change the business address of my account?

If you want to change your account's business address, please use one of the following options to contact us:

  • On desktop (app.rauva.com): Click "Contact Support" in the left-hand menu.
  • On mobile: Scroll to the bottom of the main menu and tap "Support".

When reaching out, make sure to include the following information:

  • The old business address;
  • The new business address; and
  • An official document from the company containing that address.

We recommend that you only request this change after having an official document validating the new business address.
