I want to change the business address of my account?

If you want to change your account's business address, reach out to Rauva’s support team via the app or send an email to support@rauva.com.

Make sure that you provide:

  • The old business address;
  • The new business address; and
  • An official document from the company containing that address.

We recommend that you only request this change after having an official document validating the new business address.
