How do I close my account?
We're sorry to hear that you're considering canceling your account with us. If there is anything that we can do to address your concerns or improve your experience, please let us know.
However, if you've made your decision, we'll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process. Your account must be canceled prior to the subscription renewal, to avoid being charged the subscription fee for the next cycle (in case there is one).
In order to close your account, please follow these steps:
- Contact us through the app chat or alternatively, email us at support@rauva.com indicating your wish to permanently close the account.
- For improvement purposes, tell us the reason why you want to close your account.
- Make sure your account balance is at zero or that you have transferred or withdrawn any remaining funds.
What happens next?
Please note that, once your account is in closing or closed status, this action cannot be reversed. The following will be canceled: your cards, direct debit mandates, standing orders. All incoming credit transfers will be returned.
