What methods can I use to add funds?

Currently, you can add funds to your Rauva account through SEPA transfers only.

To add funds to your account, you need to make a SEPA transfer from another bank account to your Rauva IBAN.

SEPA transfers are available from any bank within the Single Euro Payments Area, making it easy to fund your account from most European banks.


How to find my Rauva IBAN for transfers

You can access your Rauva IBAN through two different methods in your account.

From main screen:

  1. Open your Rauva account (mobile app or desktop)
  2. On the main screen, look for your available balance
  3. Click on the "+" sign located to the right of your available balance
  4. Your IBAN details will be displayed

Through account details:

  1. Go to the Menu
  2. Click on "Account details"
  3. Your IBAN information will be shown

Both methods will provide you with the complete IBAN needed for incoming transfers.


How to make a SEPA transfer to my account

To fund your account, you'll need to initiate a transfer from your other bank account.

Steps to transfer funds:

  1. Log into your other bank's online banking or mobile app
  2. Select "Make a transfer" or "Send money"
  3. Enter your Rauva IBAN as the recipient account
  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer
  5. Add a reference (optional but recommended)
  6. Confirm and send the transfer

Transfer timeframes:

  • SEPA transfers typically arrive within 1-2 business days
  • Same-day transfers may be available depending on your sending bank

Unfortunately adding funds via card is not possible yet.

We are working on adding this option in the near future.


Can I receive international transfers?

No, international transfers from outside the SEPA zone are not currently supported.

Current limitations:

  • We don't offer the possibility of receiving transfers from outside the SEPA zone
  • Only SEPA transfers (within the Single Euro Payments Area) are accepted
  • International wire transfers will not be processed

SEPA zone includes:

  • All 27 European Union countries
  • Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland
  • United Kingdom (for Euro transfers)
  • Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, and Andorra
