How to connect your bank accounts to Rauva
You can connect external bank accounts through both the mobile app and desktop platform.
Mobile App steps:
- Open your Rauva mobile app
- Go to the Menu
- Click on "Link new account"
- Select your bank from the list
- Follow the secure authentication process
- You'll see a success message: "Your [bank name] account linked successfully"
Desktop steps:
- Visit app.rauva.com
- Log in to your account
- Click on your name or company name (top right corner)
- Select "Account connections"
- Choose "Link new account"
- Complete the connection process
- You'll receive confirmation when successfully connected
After connection:
- Connected accounts will appear in your Rauva dashboard
- Transaction history will be automatically imported (typically 3-12 months, depending on your bank)
- You can immediately start categorizing and managing transactions
Managing your connected accounts
Categorizing transactions:
- Select any transaction from a connected account
- Add categories and supporting documents the same way as regular Rauva transactions
- Use the transaction details screen to attach receipts and evidence
Adding supporting documents:
- Upload receipts and proof directly in the Rauva app
- Documents must be added through Rauva (they won't sync from your other banking apps)
- Evidence remains intact when you refresh connections
Disconnecting accounts:
- Go to Menu → "Link account"
