Direct debits

Learn how to manage direct debits in your Rauva account, including finding your IBAN details, viewing active direct debits, and canceling them when needed.

Finding your IBAN and BIC

On the App:

  1. Go to MenuAccount
  2. Select Proof of IBAN
  3. Click Download Proof of IBAN as PDF

On the Desktop:

  1. Click your name (top right corner)
  2. Select Account
  3. Find your IBAN under Account Details

Viewing your direct debits

To see all your active direct debits:

  1. Go to MenuPayments
  2. Click Direct debits
  3. You'll see all activated direct debits
  4. Click on any merchant to view transaction history

Note: New direct debits may take some time to appear after setup.


Canceling a direct debit

To cancel an existing direct debit:

  1. Go to MenuPayments
  2. Click Direct debits
  3. Select the merchant you want to cancel
  4. Click Cancel direct debit
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Important: Always contact the merchant directly to properly set up or cancel direct debits. Canceling through Rauva only stops payments from your end.














Where to find your IBAN and Rauva's BIC

It’s very simple to find and download the proof of IBAN.

| App

  1. Go to the Menu and select Account.
  2. Select Proof of IBAN and click on Download Proof of IBAN as PDF.

| Desktop

  1. Click on your name, on the top right side of the page.
  2. Then, click on Account.
  3. The IBAN will be under the Account Details.

Where do I find my direct debits?

  1. In the Menu, select Payments;
  2. Then, click on Direct debits;
  3. There, you’ll find every Direct debit you have activated;
  4. In order to see the transaction history for direct debits, just click on the merchant you want to view.

The direct debits may take some time to appear, even after you have associated it.

How do I cancel a direct debit?

  1. In the Menu, select Payments.
  2. Then, click on Direct debits.
  3. Select the Direct debit for the merchant you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on Cancel direct debit.
  5. Confirm you want to cancel.

Please note that you should always contact the merchant to either set up or cancel the direct debit.
