I need to change my email address, phone number or personal details
To update your phone number, email address, or any other personal data associated with your Rauva account, contact us, preferably through the app, on Menu → Support. Alternatively, in case you've lost access to the app, please send an email to support@rauva.com from the same email address you’ve registered with.
In that email, please provide the following information:
To change the phone number
a) old phone number and area code;
b) new phone number and area code.
After contacting support, you may be asked to complete the verify your identification directly with our partner to finalize the change. Once confirmed, the change may take 6-8 hours to reflect.
To change the email address
a) old email address;
b) new email address.
To change other personal information
a) old personal information;
b) new personal information.
