Updating Your Phone Number

You can update your phone number through the following link: https://link.swan.io/edit-phone.

This process must be completed on your mobile phone, as identity verification using your phone’s camera is required to ensure full security.

Please follow all the steps until you see the confirmation screen.

If you have already attempted to access your account with the new number, please contact our support team, as this action may affect the process.

If the phone number update process via the link does not work, please provide us with the following information:

a) Your old phone number and its country code.

b) Your new phone number and its country code.

After reaching out to support, you may be required to complete an identity verification directly with our partner to finalize the phone number change. Once confirmed, the update may take between 6 to 8 hours to reflect.

a) Old email address.

b) New email address.
