How do I make a transfer or a payment?

1. From the Menu, click on Payments.
2. Select if you want a Local Transfer, an International Transfer or a Direct Debit.
3. Then, click on Create new.
4. Enter the IBAN and the Recipient's name.
5. Click on Save and continue.
6. Enter the Amount (mandatory).
7. And the Reference (optional).
8. Click on Send payment.

Next, you will need to validate the transfer through identity verification. After validation, the transfer will be processed.

The transfer will remain in the Pending tab until it is successfully processed.

| Desktop

1. From the Menu, click on Payments.
2. Select if you want a Local Transfer, an International Transfer or a Direct Debit.
3. Then, click on Send.
4. Enter the IBAN and the Recipient's name.
5. Click on Save and continue.
6. Enter the Amount (mandatory).
7. And the Reference (optional).
8. Click on Send payment.

You will need to validate the transfer through identity verification. After validation, the transfer will be processed.

The transfer will remain in the Pending tab until it is successfully processed.
