Can I automate my company's monthly TSU payments?

Unfortunately, the Portuguese Social Security does not allow companies (only freelancers) to sign up for direct debits with an international IBAN.

Whilst we are working on a solution to be able to have payments through entidade/referência, the alternatives are:

a) pay the TSU in a Social Security counter;

b) pay the TSU in a Payshop;

c) transfer the needed amount of money to a particular account and send the payment receipt to the accountant, serving as a proof of payment.
