What are the steps to hiring a worker?

The first thing to do is draw up the employment contract (if you need it, our legal partner can help). Once you have the employment contract prepared and signed by the employee, you should inform the accountant of your intention to hire someone. This must be done before the employee's start date because the accountant must notify Social Security regarding the new hire before that date. Finally, the accountant will send you another form requiring important employee information so that the salary can be processed.
