What are the main changes to the T&Cs and how will they affect me?

The new Terms & Conditions will be effective from the 1st of July 2024. The main changes include:

1. Calendar Billing

Your monthly fee will be charged on the 1st of each month. Your June bill will be pro-rated to reflect this change.

For example:

a) If your billing day was the 9th of each month, you will be charged on the 9th of June for the period 09/06/2024 to 30/06/2024. On the 1st of July, you will be charged for the period 01/07/2024 to 31/07/2024. On the 1st of August you will be charged for the month of August, and so on.

b) If your billing day was the 25th of each month, you will be charged on the 25th of June for the period 25/06/2024 to 30/06/2024. On the 1st of July, you will be charged for the period 01/07/2024 to 31/07/2024. On the 1st of August you will be charged for the month of August, and so on.

2. Open Banking

You can now connect other bank accounts to your Rauva account. Details of our partnership with Tink are included.

3. Rauva plans

Updates to our plans' features, limits, and VAT framework as per our new modular pricing approach. 

Starter

Users have access to the Business Account Module, which includes a deposit account, physical and virtual cards, local and international transfers, etc. It is a free plan.

Charged

Users have access to the Admin Toolbox Module in addition to the Business Account Module. This includes important features to manage the business, such as certified invoicing and automated bookkeeping.

Supercharged

Users unlock the Certified Accounting Module, through which they are assigned a Certified Accountant and seamless integrations to make the monthly closing process as smooth as possible.

4. Important updates

  • Charged and Supercharged users can now access Rauva on the desktop via https://app.rauva.com.
  • Following the reorganisation of plans and features, VAT will now be applicable to the Charged plan, meaning the monthly charge will sum up to €9.84. This should not constitute an added cost for companies and freelancers who can deduct VAT.

5. What if I don’t agree to the T&Cs?

You can decide to close your account with immediate effects. Please send us a message. App -> Support.
