What happens if I don't have enough money on my account to pay the fees?

If your balance is insufficient, you will receive a 'payment failure' notification and be prompted to top up your account to proceed with the payment. If two monthly fees are overdue, you need to top up your account with enough money to cover the entire amount. Upon missing the second monthly fee, we will restrict your account. Upon missing your third monthly fee, we will cancel your plan.
