- Contact your telephone operator to suspend your phone line immediately.
- Contact Rauva so that we can suspend your card.
- If Rauva is unavailable, you can contact Mastercard directly to cancel your card. The contact number varies depending on your location (see the list below). Mastercard’s phone numbers are available 24/7 and are toll-free.
- Report the theft to the police to ensure there is an official record of the incident.
