1. Why am I being asked to verify my identity?

ID verification is necessary to secure your account and prevent fraud. When you verify your identity and link it to your phone and a 6-digit PIN code, we can ensure it's really you each time you log in or confirm payments and other sensitive operations.

This verification is a crucial step in safeguarding not only your funds but also the entire financial system. By confirming your identity, we can precisely identify our service users and prevent illegal activities. It's also important to note that financial institutions are legally required to monitor transactions and flag any suspicious activity. If you suddenly make large deposits or withdrawals or engage in unusual transactions, we may need to reverify your identity.

2. Why is my document’s quality not sufficient?

Document quality is crucial for official identification documents such as passports, national IDs, residence cards and so on. There are a few reasons that a document can be invalid, such as: the documents being non-authentic, the documents being expired or not being the originals, etc.

In addition to these factors, document quality might be compromised due to poor lighting, damaged documents, or glare on the plastic, which can affect the accuracy and reliability of document verification processes.

Make sure to present both the front and back of your document (if applicable) in good lighting conditions, ensuring that it is easily readable and not expired.

3. My verification is taking longer than expected

The verification process can take between 3 to 72 hours to be completed. In some situations we may need additional information and, if that’s the case, we will contact you by email.
