1. Start your Application

Click “Open your account” via web. You’ll be redirected to the onboarding platform at welcome.rauva.com.

2. Choose your Business type

Let us know if you already have a company or want to create one.

  • Company Owner: For those running an existing business (e.g., LDA or corporate entity).
  • Freelancer: Suited for ENI (Empresário em Nome Individual), sole traders, consultants, and independent professionals.
  • If you want to create your company with Rauva, select “Talk to our experts” and we’ll guide you through the process.

3. Create your Account

Enter your full name, email, and phone number.

4. Validate your Phone

You will receive an SMS verification code. Enter the code to proceed.

5. Specify your location and Nationality

Let us know where you live and your nationality.

6. Connect Your Business

  • Company owners: Provide your company name, NIPC, and industry.
  • Freelancers: Enter your NIF and field of work.

    Confirm that all details exactly match your official documents.

7. Choose the best Plan for your Business

Pick the plan that best fits your needs:

  • Start: Certified invoices + payment links.
  • Charged: Includes business bank account, cards, desktop access.
  • Supercharged: Everything in Charged, plus dedicated accountant support.
