What plans are available for company creation?
Rauva offers three main options for company creation:
- Company Creation + START Plan: one time €800 + VAT (excluding state fees) + subscription to START plan
- Company Creation + Supercharged Plan: from €128 + VAT (excluding state fees) + subscription to Supercharged plan.
- Company Creation + Supercharged Plan + Virtual Address : from €193 + VAT (excluding state fees) + €65/month virtual address + subscription to Supercharged plan. Fee waiver available for eligible customers

How are the state fees determined?
Company registration fees are set by Portuguese authorities and are not one-size-fits-all. The standard registration fee is €220.
Additional costs may apply:
- Custom company name: €75 (standard approval) or €150 (expedited approval)
- Non-monetary share capital: Additional fees may apply if your share capital consists of assets or services rather than cash
- Minimum capital requirements: €5,000 minimum authorized capital for Private Limited Companies
