I may be the victim of a fraud or a scam
If you believe you have made a fraudulent transfer, or you suspect that your account is at risk, do the following, as soon as possible:
- Reach out to Rauva’s support team via app or send an email to support@rauva.com using the email address you have registered on the app so that we know it’s really you.
- If you are still in contact with the scammer, cease all interactions immediately.
- Report the incident to the police.
