How long will Swan keep my data?

As per French banking regulations, Swan is obligated by law to retain data for a period of five years after the account of the customers has been closed. This is a very important requirement as it ensures that in the event of any legal disputes or inquiries, the relevant data is available for reference. This means that even after the account has been closed, Swan is legally required to hold onto the data for a period of five years, and this is not an arbitrary requirement imposed by Swan, but rather a legal obligation that they must fulfil as a financial institution.
