How to downgrade or upgrade your plan

If you want to downgrade or upgrade your plan, follow these steps:

  1. From the Menu, click on Plans;
  2. Select Downgrade to Starter or Upgrade to Charged;
  3. You will then see the confirmation of the plan change.
