How to downgrade or upgrade your plan

If you want to downgrade or upgrade your plan, follow these steps:

  1. From the Menu, click on Plans.

If you are a Supercharged user, please use one of the following options to contact us:

  • On desktop (app.rauva.com): Click "Contact Support" in the left-hand menu.
  • On mobile: Scroll to the bottom of the main menu and tap "Support".
