How can I freeze or unfreeze my Rauva card?

Freeze your card immediately if:

• Your card has been lost or stolen.

• You notice any unauthorized transactions.

• You observe any suspicious activity on your account.

• You want to temporarily prevent card spending.

• You are traveling and want extra security.

How can I freeze my Rauva card?

|App:

1. Open the Rauva app
2. Go to Menu → Cards
3. Select your Rauva card
4. Tap "Freeze Card"

|Desktop:

1. Log into your Rauva account
2. Go to Cards section
3. Select your Rauva card
4. Click on "Freeze Card"

How can I unfreeze my Rauva card?

In order to unfreeze your Rauva card, you can follow the same steps above, but click "Unfreeze Card" instead. Your card will be active immediately.
