Can I invite a user to my account?
Multi-User Access allows you to add multiple users to your Rauva account.
Key Information:
- Available for: Business accounts only (not available for sole proprietors)
- Access method: Mobile app only
- Cost: Each additional user receives one free card
- Current permissions: All users have full access to account features
How to invite users (mobile app only):
- Open the Rauva mobile app.
- Go to Menu → Settings & Help → Users.
- Tap “Send an invitation.”
- Complete the fields: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Email, and Phone Number.
- Tap "Send invitation."
First and Last Name must match exactly as shown on the ID document of the person being added.
The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your account.
What can new users do?
Once added, team members have full access to:
💳 Card Management: Request and manage company cards
💰 Payments: Make card payments and transfers
📄 Invoicing: Create and send invoices
📊 Account Overview: View balance, transactions, and statements
📈 Financial Reports: Access all account-level information
How to remove a user:
1. Open the Rauva app
2. Go to Menu → Support
3. Contact our customer support team
4. Provide the user’s details and request removal
Our team will process your request and confirm when the user has been removed.
Current Limitations:
- Multi-User Access is available only for business accounts (not for sole proprietors)
- User management is available only via the mobile app
- All users have the same permission level (no role restrictions)
- Removing users requires contacting support
