General questions about the Accounting Configurator

The Accounting Configurator provides an estimate of the monthly service fee, which is based on a combination of fixed fees and consumption charges, primarily utilizing a 3-month rolling average of transaction volume. Price adjustments are only made if this average exceeds the established range. The fee includes a €15 payroll charge per employee, and catch-up bookkeeping is available for an extra charge. For final details on one-time onboarding/set-up fees or to proceed with an upgrade or review a simulated price, contact the Sales Team.
 

Is the price generated a final quote or an estimate?

This is an estimate of your monthly service fee. Our pricing model combines fixed monthly fees for services like virtual address, payroll, e-commerce, and VAT (if applicable), with consumption-based charges. For example, the price related to transactions is based on a 3-month rolling average of your transaction volume.

How long is the quote valid for?

The simulated price does not have an expiration date.

What happens if my accounting or business needs change mid-month?

If you require specific ad hoc documents or services outside of the standard scope, your accountant will inform you in advance if an extra charge applies. If your average transaction volume (calculated over the last 3 months) changes, you will also be informed before any price adjustment takes place.

What happens if my transaction volume fluctuates month-to-month?

We only adjust the charge if your transaction volume exceeds the established range over the 3-month average. Therefore, a single high-volume month is unlikely to result in an extra charge if the following months balance it out and the 3-month average remains within the original range.

Are there any one-time 'onboarding' or 'set-up' fees not shown in the simulator?

Please contact our sales team to confirm if any initial set-up or contract sign-off fees apply before your account is fully set up.

Does this plan include catch-up bookkeeping for previous months?

Yes. If you require us to complete the books for months prior to your onboarding date (e.g., if you onboard in February but need January's books completed), you will be charged for those previous months.

Why does the simulator ask for the number of employees and monthly transactions?

The number of employees is used to calculate the payroll-related service fee, which is €15 per employee. This number should also include any remunerated administrators or company owners who receive a monthly salary. The monthly transactions volume is a key input for the consumption-based part of your fee.
