How can I access the Accountant Module?
This feature allows you to set up automatic sending of a report to your accountant on the 5th of each month.
Available on the Charged and Supercharged plans

- Go to app.rauva.com or your mobile app and login
- On the home screen, simply scroll down until you find the option “Access your accountant.”
- Here, you should add the email address of the accountant to whom you want to send the monthly report, which includes:
- Transaction Statement
- Financial records, such as purchases, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Supporting Documentation
- All receipts uploaded to the app relating to financial transactions.
- SAF-T File
The file included in the report should be opened in a tool such as Google Sheets. It contains the links to the evidence uploaded during the month.
Please note that you will need to remove the quotation marks from the links in order to click them directly.
Also, the links remain valid for 7 days.
