At this time, it’s not possible to select or customize the template of your documents.

Please use one of the following options to contact us:

• On desktop (app.rauva.com): Click "Contact Support" in the left-hand menu.
• On mobile: Scroll to the bottom of the main menu and tap "Support".

Please also send us the image in JPG, JPEG or PNG format, with up to 200 KB and 1000px width/height.
