Power of Attorney (POA)

This guide explains how to correctly prepare and submit a Power of Attorney (POA) to authorize an individual to manage your Rauva company account. It details the necessary information, step-by-step submission process, and essential recommendations to ensure prompt approval.

A Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal document that allows someone to act on behalf of your company, with permission to manage the account. Even with a POA, the company remains the account holder, and the authorized person acts only as an account manager.
