Certain services are provided by these partner entities, which are responsible for complying with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
What services does Rauva offer?
Through its technology platform, Rauva enables businesses to manage different areas of their operations in an integrated way, including:
- invoicing
- financial management
- accounting services
- access to payment-related services
Available features include:
- sending and receiving payments
- card management
- management of funds held in the payment account
- access to a European IBAN
- issuance of certified invoices through a partner authorised by the Portuguese Tax Authority
Important information
Rauva has a partnership with Swan, which provides all payment services to Rauva customers. Swan is an electronic money institution authorised and supervised in France by the ACPR/Banque de France, operating in Portugal under the freedom to provide services regime and registered with Banco de Portugal under number 7893. Rauva does not provide payment services and does not have access to customer funds. Customer funds are safeguarded in accordance with applicable law.
Rauva is an accounting company, but it is not a law firm. Accordingly, Rauva does not provide legal services. Through its technology platform, Rauva facilitates access for its customers to legal services provided by duly qualified and registered professionals in Portugal.
