Why am I being charged for a draft invoice?

Draft invoices are treated as issued documents because, although not yet finalized, they may be completed later. What matters is the creation date of the document, not the date it is finalized.

However, drafts can be removed at any time, which excludes them from the document count. To delete a draft, simply:

1. Access the Draft document;
2. Click on Delete draft invoice;
3. Confirm by clicking on Delete.
