Your Rauva card

How to activate the card

1. From the Menu, click on Cards;
2. Click on the card that needs activation
3. Enter the 10 digit code that is on the top left of your card, once you receive the card.

Once activated, the PIN code will be available. In order to see it, simply select the card you wish to see the details, and click on View PIN. 

You will not be able to change your PIN code, but you can access it anytime through your app.

Managing your card

1. Go to the Cards screen in your app
2. Select the card you want to manage
3. You will have access to the following options:

• View your card details.
• View your PIN code.
• Freeze your card.
• Manage the spend limits of your card.
• Allow or restrict payments outside of Portugal.
• Allow or restrict cash withdrawals.
• Allow or restrict online purchases.

How to cancel your card

1. Go to Menu -> Cards
2. Click on the card you want to cancel
3. Click "Cancel card"
