How can I update my phone number, email address, or personal information?

This article provides information on how to update your personal information in your Rauva account, including available methods and required documentation for each type of change.


How to update my phone number

In order to update the phone number associate to your account, please contact us:

  • On desktop (app.rauva.com): Click "Contact Support" in the left-hand menu.
  • On mobile: Scroll to the bottom of the main menu and tap "Support".
  • If you don't have access to your account, please go to https://support.rauva.com/ and use the widget at the bottom right of the page to contact us.

Required information

Please provide the following information:

  • Your old phone number and its country code.
  • Your new phone number and its country code.
After contacting support, you will be sent a link through which you can change the mobile phone number associated with your account. Once confirmed, the update may take between 6 and 8 hours to be reflected in your account.

How to change my email address

Email address changes must be processed through our support team for security reasons.

To change your email address, contact our support team and provide the following information:

  • Your current email address (associated with your account)
  • The new email address you want to use

How to update other personal information

For personal information updates, you also need to contact the support team directly and provide the:

  • Current personal information (as it appears in your account)
  • New personal information you want to update
