How can I freeze or unfreeze my Rauva card?

This article explains when you should freeze your Rauva card, how to do it, and how to reactivate it (unfreeze it).

Freeze your card immediately if:

• Your card is lost or stolen
• You notice unauthorized transactions
• You see suspicious activity on your account
• You want to prevent spending temporarily
• You're traveling and want extra security

How to freeze my card?

|App:

1. Open the Rauva app
2. Go to Menu → Cards
3. Select your card
4. Tap "Freeze Card"

|Desktop:

1. Log into your Rauva account
2. Go to Cards section
3. Select your card
4. Click "Freeze Card"

How to unfreeze my card?

Use the same steps above, but click "Unfreeze Card" instead. Your card will be active immediately.
