This article explains how to change your Business plan and provides step-by-step instructions for the process.
How to change the plan for Start/Charged
You can either upgrade or downgrade your plan by following these steps:
- Open the Menu interface
- Go to the plans section
- Change to the desired plan
These steps must be performed via the mobile app.
How to change the plan for SuperCharged plans
To downgrade your SuperCharged plan, it's not possible to do so from your end, so you need to contact the support team:
- On desktop (app.rauva.com): Click "Contact Support" in the left-hand menu.
- On mobile: Scroll to the bottom of the main menu and tap "Support".
The support team will then help you with your downgrade request.
