I may be the victim of a fraud or a scam. What should I do?
If you believe you have made a fraudulent transfer, or you suspect that your account is at risk, contact us as soon as possible:
- On desktop (app.rauva.com): Click "Contact Support" in the left-hand menu.
- On mobile: Scroll to the bottom of the main menu and tap "Support".
Important:
- If you are still in contact with the scammer, cease all interactions immediately.
- Report the incident to the police.
