How can I keep my Rauva card secure?
This article will help you safeguard your cards and share tips on how to keep them secure.
Never share your PIN with anyone
Avoid writing your PIN down or storing it on your phone or computer — you can check your PIN directly in the app if needed.
- From the Menu, click on Cards;
- Click on the card you want.
- Check PIN.
You’ll be asked to authenticate and, once successful, your PIN will be displayed.
What should I do if mt card is lost or stolen?
You should freeze the card on the app immediately to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- From the Menu, click on Cards;
- Click on the card you want;
- Freeze.
Be wary of unsolicited calls or emails asking for your card or account information
Fraudsters may pretend to be bank representatives or trusted companies to obtain your personal or financial details.
Remember, legitimate organizations will never request your PIN, full card number, or SMS codes by phone or email.
If you are unsure about a call or email, contact us directly through the app to verify its authenticity, especially if you have any ongoing matters with us.
Monitor your account regularly for any unauthorised transactions
Review your account activity weekly to confirm all transactions are valid. Report any suspicious activity immediately by following these steps:
- Click on the suspicious transaction;
- At the bottom menu, click on Report issue.
You can also send us a message:
- On desktop (app.rauva.com): Click "Contact Support" in the left-hand menu.
- On mobile: Scroll to the bottom of the main menu and tap "Support".
Set spending limits
You can change it once a month.
Avoid adding your physical card details for online purchases
Instead, create a virtual card with set spending limits for online purchases. You can have up to 10 virtual cards for added control and security.

Following these steps helps you protect against fraud and safeguard your financial data. Proactive security is always recommended.
